The Kingston Collective

The Kingston Collective is great community hub originally started by Nat Wilson and now run by Bec Monforte of Silver Lioness Marketing. It's a community for small business owners based in the bayside area of Melbourne where they organise co-working days, local events, local advertising and more.

The Coffee Chief is a great coffee cart that once used to be a horse float and mostly trades down at Parkdale beach every morning, with a little holiday to other areas or events every so often!

Organic Bay Distillery is a family owned and operated small boutique distillery based in Bonbeach, Victoria. Its a partnership between two carpenters, Dean and Dave, who have always shared a passion for fine spirits and finally took the leap to start their own distillery.

Bayside Beer Belt

In between Melbourne lockdowns in early 2021, the Kingston Collective started running Craft Beer & Spirit Tours in an effort to create a fun activity for locals whilst showcasing and supporting the local breweries & distilleries in the area. The Bayside Beer Belt now runs bespoke, interactive, educational and fun tours that showcase the unique craft community in the Bayside area.
