Refund policy

If you require a refund or exchange, please notify us 36 hours before your delivery date and time, we do not offer refunds or exchanges after this time. We only offer refunds after delivery if the food has been delivered spoiled or inedible. We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

To be eligible for a return, please contact us at the email address below with detailed information for your refund and include some photos.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@genies-bakery.com.au. If your return is accepted, we will offer a refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected the information about your products, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
